Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Officer to support and manage community development initiatives in rural areas of Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor community projects
Liaise with local stakeholders and partners
Prepare regular reports and documentation
Ensure effective budget management and resource allocation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in NGO sector
Strong communication and project management skills
Fluency in Bengali and proficiency in English
